 After owning Beneath The Surface Spa in Madison for 14 years, and caring for the health of the skin and scalp, I noticed a void that needed to be filled. With this experience in focus, Above the Shoulders was created. A salon specializing in hair and scalp health while being dedicated to delivering stunning results, leaving clients strutting out.
